Handling module with top view camera
The Handling Module combines the Z-axis, RZ-axis, an automatic tool changing system and the Top View Camera (TVC) in one module.
An electrical and pneumatic rotary feed-through to the tool changing system provides the basis for using a wide variety of tools with unlimited rotation. Sensors and actuators can also be mounted on the tool change head. The top-side camera is mounted directly on the Z axis. The short distance reduces travel distances. A telecentric lens is installed as standard. Depending on the application, different lens magnifications and camera sensors are used. By default an inline illumination in addition to an incident lighting are installed.
