- Please make sure to install all transport locks that were mounted when you received the system. If original transport locks have been lost, contact SmarAct for replacement or secure the stages from moving by e.g. using Kapton tape.
- Print the completed form and attach it to the outside of the package. If this is not possible, please put the completed form in the package and send us the form additionally by email: info-de@smaract.com
Non-EU Customers:
- Please do not use DHL as shipping service provider!
- Please add HS-Codes to every position on your commercial invoice (see list on last page for help) (Mandatory)
- Also add our EORI Number (DE6576583000) to your commercial invoice e.g. “Receivers EORI No.: ”(Mandatory)
