SLC-1780 - Linear Piezo Stage
Mit 51 mm bietet der SLC-1780 den längsten Verfahrweg innerhalb der SLC-17-Serie. Mit Abmessungen von 80 x 17 x 8,5 mm bleibt er vergleichsweise kompakt und bietet eine zulässige Normallast von 30.
