The sample manipulation kit for the Ganzinger Lab K2 TIRF microscope consists of three CLS-5252 positioners with nanometer-accurate optical encoders, as well as the required electronic components for control. The partially assembled and adjusted system represents the central component of sample manipulation in the K2 TIRF (single-molecule) fluorescence microscope. The CLS positioners are equipped with interchangeable drive units that ensure easy access to the heart of the positioner, the piezo drive. This makes maintenance an easy and quick task.
Control is via the MCS2, SmarAct's most versatile control system, which can be configured with or without integrated controls. enabled. Also included is a plug-in for the integration of Micro-Manager 2.0. Various interfaces are available on request.
The baseplate of the system is not included in the scope of delivery, but can of course be added upon request.
