Modular tools are introduced specific to the needs of your particular process. This ranges from generic handling and vision modules to supports for components and dispensing equipment for adhesives, to name a few. Dedicated modules exist for very special functionality.

All modules share a common interface - system bus, power supplies, pressurized air and vacuum supplies - either on the working space's base or at gantry system. A module's functions are mirrored in software modules that are integrated to a powerful control software.

Handling Module with Top View Camera

The handling module with top view camera combines the Z-axis, RZ-axis, a tool changing system and the top side camera (TVC) in one module.

Electromagnetic Positioning System for Sub-Micrometer Alignment

An electromagnetic positioning system from SmarAct Motion forms the basis for alignment processes with sub-micrometer precision.

Dispenser Module

The dispenser module enables the automated application of defined quantities of adhesive or solder paste.

Nanopositioning Technology

Proven systems like the hexapod-like SmarPods and nanometer precision positioners with exchangeable drive units form the basis for highest precisions robotic modules.

Tool Storage Rack

The tool storage rack holds up to four tools on quick-change adapters.

Bottom- and Sideview Camera

The Bottom- and sideview camera (BVC) consists of a camera with two viewing directions.

Tray Module

The tray module has two holders for holding waffle or gel packs.
