Mosaic (HHMI) Kit
The Mosaic (HHMI) kit consists of three CLS-5252 positioners, as well as two linear axes of the SLC series (SLC-2445 and SLC-2460) with nanometer-precise optical encoders, and the required electronic components for control. The partially assembled and adjusted system is the central component of sample manipulation in the MOSAIC (HHMI) super resolution microscope. The CLS positioners are equipped with exchangeable drive units to ensure easy access to the heart of the positioner, the piezo drive. This makes maintenance a quick and easy task.
Control is via the MCS2, SmarAct's most versatile control system, which can be configured with or without integrated controls. Also included is a plug-in for the integration of Micro-Manager 2.0. Various interfaces are available on request.
The baseplate of the system is not included in the scope of delivery, but can of course be added upon request.
