The motorized mirror mount STT-50.8 can be seen as the motorized counterpart of classical kinematic mounts for mirrors, lenses or other optical components. It can be equipped with position sensors allowing to monitor and control the alignment process of the optical component in closed-loop. Due to their overall compactness the position sensors are mounted outside the housing slightly enlarging their outer dimensions. For special applications it is also available in a clear edge design with an open frame structure for mounting of the optical components.
